Join our team: we are hiring a wood machinist in Richland County, Illinois. The role involves cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet; assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops; check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level; read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists; lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring; fix studwork and plasterboard partitions. Ideal candidate: • Good eye for detail and a clean finish • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off.
