Steward — Fayette County

Now hiring: we are hiring a steward in Fayette County, Texas. You will work in a hotel kitchen. On a typical shift you will restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies. What we are looking for: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Rotating shifts.
