Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics On a typical shift you will prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe.
