Advanced scaffolder — Midland County

Join our team: we are hiring an advanced scaffolder in Midland County, Texas. You will work on a busy construction site. You should have: • Physically fit for repeated heavy lifting of tubes and boards • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang Day-to-day duties: • Install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts • Read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class • Hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope • Dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely • Plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level • Tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
