Great opportunity: we are hiring a punch press operator in Charlotte County, Florida. You will work in a metal fabrication workshop. On the job you will handle: • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling • Record output and downtime on the production sheet You should have: • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses 4+ years on the tools preferred. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
