Electrostatic spray painter • Venango County, Pennsylvania

We are recruiting: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Venango County, Pennsylvania. You will work at an automotive components factory. What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes The role involves: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
