Butcher — Big Stone County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a butcher in Big Stone County, Minnesota. The role involves: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
