Now hiring: we are hiring a pot washer in Lee County, Iowa. The job is in a catering unit. The role involves: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles You should have: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
