Now hiring: we are hiring a falsework carpenter in Le Sueur County, Minnesota. Ideal candidate: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Able to read formwork and structural drawings The role involves de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement. We offer $19 per hour plus benefits. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
