External wall insulation fitter — Oyi

Great opportunity: we are hiring an external wall insulation fitter in Oyi, Anambra State. The role involves torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors. What we are looking for: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
