Urgent requirement: we are hiring a marble cutter in La Salle County, Texas. The job is in a stone processing yard. What we are looking for: • Confident operating a bridge saw, angle grinder and diamond blades • Reliable timekeeping and able to work in a team Day-to-day duties: • Measure up and template countertops and floor areas before cutting • Polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound • Work from cutting lists and installation drawings • Grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish • Fix marble cladding to building facades with anchors and clamps • Shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels Full-time, day shift.
