Surface coating operator — Keana

Immediate opening: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Keana, Nasarawa State. You will be based at an automotive components factory. You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms On a typical shift you will record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well.
