Your main tasks: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks What we are looking for: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
