Paint booth operator — Franklin County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Franklin County, Missouri. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg On the job you will handle: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape 6+ years on the tools preferred.
