Urgent requirement: we are hiring a road roller operator in Wallace County, Kansas. The role involves backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations; check for underground cables and services before digging; load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; stockpile and spread material to the required levels; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals. Requirements: • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures Pay around $3,200 per month, based on your experience.
