Render and set plasterer — Texas County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a render and set plasterer in Texas County, Missouri. On a typical shift you will clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets; float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge; fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads; polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings. Requirements: • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
