Immediate opening: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Guernsey County, Ohio. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker You will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls.
