Butcher — Oturkpo

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a butcher in Oturkpo, Benue State. Your main tasks: • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled You should have: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Full-time, day shift.
