Vacancy available: we are hiring a lathe operator in Outagamie County, Wisconsin. You will be based at an auto-parts workshop. Your main tasks: • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line Requirements: • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $5,300 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
