Immediate opening: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in McHenry County, North Dakota. Your main tasks: • Set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54) • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances Requirements: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
