Vacancy available: we are hiring an oven operator in Henry County, Virginia. Day-to-day duties: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Six days a week, one day off.
