On a typical shift you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks 5+ years on the tools preferred. ₦125,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
