Advanced scaffolder — Berkeley County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an advanced scaffolder in Berkeley County, West Virginia. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for repeated heavy lifting of tubes and boards • Good head for heights and comfortable on open platforms • Awareness of TG20 and SG4 safe working practice On the job you will handle: • Erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage • Tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors • Inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use • Fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform • Fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid • Read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
