Vacancy available: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Kent County, Delaware. You will work at a precast concrete yard. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites Day to day you will assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
