We are recruiting: we are hiring a flatlock machine operator in Clay County, Minnesota. What we are looking for: • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently Day-to-day duties: • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
