Join our team: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in El Paso County, Texas. The job is at an infrastructure construction site. Your main tasks: • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) What we are looking for: • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules Rotating shifts.
