Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Day to day you will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare the mise en place before each service; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes.
