Join our team: we are hiring a backhoe loader operator in Woodruff County, Arkansas. Requirements: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination The role involves load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely; excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels; read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations.
