Auto painter — Wright County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an auto painter in Wright County, Missouri. You will work in an automotive paint and panel workshop. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing Day to day you will wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $21 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
