Electrostatic spray painter • Crawford County, Kansas

Vacancy available: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Crawford County, Kansas. The job is in a busy paint shop. What we are looking for: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms The role involves: • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches Full-time, day shift.
