Bakery assistant wanted in DeKalb County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bakery assistant in DeKalb County, Tennessee. Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Your main tasks: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity Full-time with occasional weekends.
