Trainee butcher wanted in Owyhee County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Owyhee County, Idaho. The job is in a meat processing plant. Requirements: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler On a typical shift you will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; season and marinate meat on request; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled.
