Lathe programmer-operator • Owen County, Indiana

We are recruiting: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Owen County, Indiana. You should have: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm On a typical shift you will read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; run first-off inspection and sign off the part; deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $2,700 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Contact us to fix an interview.
