Foundry labourer wanted in Vermilion Parish

Join our team: we are hiring a foundry labourer in Vermilion Parish, Louisiana. You will work in a non-ferrous casting shop. Your main tasks: • Melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces • Cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring What we are looking for: • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts Performance bonus on top of base pay.
