We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in Dearborn County, Indiana. On a typical shift you will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Accurate at weighing and following recipes We offer $2,800 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided.
