Domestic gas engineer • Abak, Akwa Ibom State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a domestic gas engineer in Abak, Akwa Ibom State. Ideal candidate: • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion You will read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes; test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser; complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation; locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections; install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves; purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate.
