Power float operator wanted in Somerset County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a power float operator in Somerset County, Maryland. You will work at a ready-mix concrete plant. Requirements: • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE Day-to-day duties: • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $3,500 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
