Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand On a typical shift you will mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting. $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
