Telesales agent — Mercer County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a telesales agent in Mercer County, North Dakota. You will work at a wholesale market. Your main tasks: • Handle returns, exchanges and customer complaints • Plan the route and visit retailers on the beat • Collect customer payments and chase outstanding dues • Meet daily and monthly sales targets • Handle cash and card payments at the counter • Negotiate prices and close the deal You should have: • Minimum 1 year of field or retail sales experience • Strong spoken communication and persuasion skills • Accurate in handling cash At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
