Immediate opening: we are hiring a cook in Archuleta County, Colorado. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. The role involves: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
