Vacancy available: catering cook (Kentucky)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a catering cook in Ohio County, Kentucky. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Day to day you will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO.
