Baker — Williamsburg County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a baker in Williamsburg County, South Carolina. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. Your main tasks: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • 2+ years' experience as a baker We offer $4,300 per month plus benefits.
