The role involves: • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools You should have: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Meals and transport allowance provided.
