Join our team: we are hiring a PVC window assembler in Gallia County, Ohio. You will be based at a busy uPVC fabrication workshop. Day to day you will insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square. What we are looking for: • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges $31 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
