Cnc lathe setter — Merrick County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cnc lathe setter in Merrick County, Nebraska. What we are looking for: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection On a typical shift you will load and index turning tools in the turret; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; write and edit G-code programs at the control; measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers.
