Structural MIG welder wanted in Kosofe

Join our team: we are hiring a structural MIG welder in Kosofe, Lagos State. The role involves: • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs Requirements: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
