Scullery hand — Darazo

Now hiring: we are hiring a scullery hand in Darazo, Bauchi State. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. You will scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils. Ideal candidate: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
