Ideal candidate: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler On a typical shift you will break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case.
