Ideal candidate: • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits The role involves: • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer 1+ years on the tools preferred. $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
