Urgent requirement: we are hiring a steward in Mountrail County, North Dakota. Requirements: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Day-to-day duties: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift Full-time with occasional weekends.
